As we aim to expand our reach and impact, we're looking for a visionary Head of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across all channels and touchpoints.
Position Summary: The Head of Marketing at MySource Network is a strategic and dynamic role responsible for overseeing and integrating all aspects of our marketing strategy, including SEO, digital marketing, social media, public relations, and community engagement. This leadership position requires a unique blend of analytical prowess, creative vision, and a deep understanding of digital marketing landscapes. The ideal candidate will spearhead initiatives to drive platform growth, user engagement, and brand awareness, aligning closely with our mission to revolutionize holistic wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses SEO, social media, digital marketing, PR, and community building efforts.
- SEO and Digital Marketing: Oversee the development and implementation of SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and performance. Lead digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic, acquisition, and user retention.
- Social Media Management: Craft innovative social media strategies that amplify our brand, engage with our community, and drive meaningful interactions across platforms.
- Public Relations: Manage PR efforts to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Build relationships with media, influencers, and partners within the wellness industry.
- Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant online community around holistic wellness, encouraging user participation, feedback, and loyalty.
- Analytics and Optimization: Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, gain insights, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact.
- Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team capable of executing diverse strategies cohesively and creatively.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a mid/senior marketing role, with a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and PR.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a multidisciplinary marketing team.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in leveraging data to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for storytelling and brand building.
- Deep understanding of the health and wellness industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
