About
Hospice & Community Care is available to anyone in the community who is coping with a serious illness, and is expected to have weeks or months versus years to live. Hospice provides medical, social and spiritual support to patients and their loved ones. Hospice & Community Care's grief and bereavement programs support adults, teens and children who are coping with the loss of a loved one through counseling, support groups, camps, retreats and education.
