KC CARE Health Center

KC CARE provides primary care services at four urban Kansas City, MO facilities. Services include adult/family/pediatric medicine, women's health, acute and chronic disease care, vaccinations for infants and children, TB testing, and chiropractic services. Specialized services include osteopathic manipulative medicine, dermatology, nutrition counseling, consultation for PrEP/PEP medication, Hep C treatment, and transgender medical care. In addition, our primary care programming was among the first in the country to offer opt-out rapid HIV testing (results in 20 minutes) as a regular part of care, per Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines. We also utilize an integrated service model, incorporating behavioral health screenings and evaluations into all primary care visits.
