The R.I.D.E Program offers low-income families that qualify, the ability to own a vehicle, receive a 6-month warranty and learn the necessary skills to maintain their vehicle. After receiving their vehicle, the recipient will complete a transportation plan that focuses on various subjects including but not limited to: resource development, sustainability planning related to transportation and budgeting. The recipients are also required to complete monthly accountability check-ins and a car care clinic.
