Howard County Conservancy, Inc.

We host thousands of students each year for environmental education programs. We also host a variety of public events such as Earth Day, a fall festival and many guided hikes and educational programs throughout the year. The trails, gardens and grounds of our 232-acre Mt. Pleasant Farm are free and open dawn to dusk for hiking and exploring our 5 miles of maintained trails. We also operate Howard County's only Nature Preschool in Elkridge.

The mission of the Howard County Conservancy is to educate children and adults about the natural world, preserve the land and its legacy for future generations and model responsible stewardship of our environment.
