We take a young adult through a 6-week discovery and infotainment course to prepare them for launching from being a student to an employee and a child to an adult. The course includes 5 career coaching sessions with a mentor or professional in an industry or role of their interest. They have an option of completing 2 virtual reality sessions to explore the jobs they want to pursue after high school.

Putting charitable contributions and donations from our public donors and other purpose driven organizations to work so that every young adult has equal access to the tools and resources they need to be ready for the future of work. This includes providing financial support to public high schools to expand career services to their students and awarding individual grants to help an individual get the knowledge they need to get work that is demand.
