2 Care for Me Outreach mission is to empower and uplift youth and low-income communities by providing essential resources and support. We are committed to being a trusted ally for youth and families in need, ensuring that no one is left behind. Through our unwavering dedication, we strive to create opportunities for growth, education, and success for all members of our community, fostering an environment of inclusion, hope, and opportunity. Over 500 students are served each year through tutoring, mentorship, and school partnership programs.
