About

Bethesda Project is a nonprofit organization that provides shelter, housing and supportive services to chronically homeless and formerly homeless men and women in Philadelphia. Our mission is to "find and care for the abandoned poor and provide family for those who have none".

Because each individual experiencing homelessness has a unique story and unique challenges, our locations are tailored to meet different sets of needs. We believe in the dignity and worth of individuals, and empower them to make choices along their "continuum of care". We meet men and women where they are, providing case management to help them achieve their highest personal potential.
