BDC INC mission is to: prepare civilian and volunteers to assist in hurricane disaster and handle humanitarian help. We also provide first responder assistant with our CERT team fully training with Hillsborough County Emergency Management, Fire Fighter Association, OSHA and FEMA. All of our 30 Leader are fully Bilingual in English and Spanish and serving most of our Latinos communities.
