Brothers Building A Better Nation

We partner with local businesses and government agencies to provide wraparound services to at-risk men of color, their families, and communities who have a history violence, criminalization, and stigma. Our objective is to provide specialized services with hopes to reduce prison recidivism, and other barriers, by ensuring that our participants can live a healthy and self-determined life. BBABN utilizes direct intervention as its method of outreach. Our case managers are in the field or meeting our clients at their home to help guide and counsel them. Another unique aspect of our organization is that we assist companies set up apprentice programs by acting as a liaison between the Federal and State Departments and Labor and the business.

Brothers Building A Better Nation's mission is to educate, mentor, and inspire men of color, youth, and young adults to build resilience and improve their overall health and well-being. We accomplish this through community-based engagement and advocacy, outreach, health education, and support services.
