Mission Statement
We offer a wide range of volunteer opportunities for students.
For those interested in technology and education, we have openings in our senior technology training classes. Student volunteers play a vital role in assisting seniors by keeping up with the instructors and addressing any questions they may have. Additionally, students can provide valuable support through our 1-on-1 tech support Zoom sessions, helping seniors with their electronic devices remotely.
At our Adult Day Healthcare Center, students have the unique opportunity to assist seniors with various technology-related issues and lend a helping hand with other minor tasks. It's a chance to make a meaningful difference in their lives and enhance their overall well-being.
Our CCACC Academy offers volunteer positions for students to engage with young children during our exciting summer camps.
In addition, we take great pride in our Youth Dragon Dance Program. Student volunteers can participate in this vibrant cultural experience, which involves practicing and performing at various public events. Join us as we showcase our talents and contribute to events such as KID Museum events, the City of Gaithersburg Labor Day Parade, and the Chinese New Year Celebration at Montgomery Mall.
At CCACC, we believe that every volunteer has the power to create positive change. Join our dedicated team of students today and make a difference in the lives of others while gaining valuable experience. Together, we can build a stronger and more connected community.
