Encompass Community Supports

The mission of RRCS is to improve the quality of life of citizens of Planning District 9 by providing comprehensive behavioral health, intellectual disability, substance use disorder, and aging services. RRCS strives to accomplish its mission by offering a comprehensive array of services in our local communities in Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock Counties.

RRCS provides programs and services which improve the quality of life for citizens in PD9. This includes but is not limited to: Aging Services, Community Support, Clinical Services, and the RRCS Volunteer Program.
