Our Vision: EP!C envisions a world where people with developmental disabilities are inspired, respected, engaged in their community, and empowered to achieve their personal best and where families, guardians, and advocates receive the knowledge, resources, and support they need.

We have been serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families since 1950 and continue to offer the highest standard of support and care in the Central and Southern Illinois communities. EP!C is committed to helping people with disabilities at all levels to achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest. We offer a range of programs and services to provide EP!C individuals with the educational, residential, employment, and care taking resources they need. By empowering our participants to live their best life, we enrich their lives and the lives of their family members.
