Field to Family

Field to Family is a mission-driven nonprofit that provides food system education, supports a shared vision of a community food system that enhances our economic, environmental and community health, and expands access to local grown and produced food for more people in in the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids region through the purchase, aggregation, storage, marketing and delivery of fresh, safe, local food.

Field to Family works to create a more local, healthy, and sustainable regional food system. We operate a weekly online farmers market and collaborate with early care centers, K-12 schools, retirement communities, universities, and other institutionsto make local food part of meals where people eat every day.
