GiveNKind

GiveNKind works with local and national businesses that wish to donate surplus products to nonprofits instead of disposing or liquidating them. GiveNKind intakes truckloads of new products weekly and makes them available to local 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofits. Large and small nonprofits can select items for their clients and programs from an online catalog and pick them up from the GiveNKind Center in Buffalo Grove or request delivery. Volunteers are vital to our program.

GiveNKind's mission is to improve lives and protect the environment by sustainably managing excess resources. In 2024, GiveNKind distributed nearly $17 million in essential products to nonprofits in Lake and Cook Counties and beyond for their clients and programs and kept thousands of pounds of goods from our landfills. GiveNKind is proud to serve as a nonprofit to nonprofits, supporting their missions and strengthening charitable organizations in our community.
