SCAN's Mission is to prevent and treat child abuse and neglect throughout the Greater Richmond area. The mission of Richmond CASA is to ensure safe and permanent homes for abused and neglected children who come before the Richmond City Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court. Richmond CASA is a program of Greater Richmond SCAN (Stop Child Abuse Now)
