ITHRIVE EMPOWERMENT INCORPORATED

Founded in 2018, ITHRIVE Empowerment was established to address the unique needs of girls who often feel invisible, vulnerable, powerless, or hopeless. Our mission is to empower, educate, and transform the lives of underserved and overlooked girls and young women in communities with high secondary dropout rates and neighborhoods vulnerable to human trafficking, teen drug abuse, homelessness, and victimization.

We achieve this by providing resources, curriculum-based training focused on leadership and empowerment, building social-emotional skills, and offering strategic outreach opportunities.

We envision a world where every girl and young woman, regardless of background or circumstance, has the opportunity to realize her full potential. By addressing the unique challenges of those in high-risk communities, we strive to create a future where they are empowered to lead, inspire, and effect positive change in their communities and beyond.

ITHRIVE's Streamlined Approach:

ITHRIVE serves its community through a focused three-prong approach:

Education: We conduct workshops tailored to our mission and vision, providing essential knowledge and skills to the girls and young women we support.

Empowerment: We engage in structured outreach opportunities, reaching homeless youth shelters, juvenile detention centers, group homes, and foster care centers to empower those in vulnerable situations.

Transformation: Our six-week curriculum-led program teaches leadership skills, emotional awareness and adjustment, and strategies for overcoming life's challenges, fostering lasting personal growth and resilience.
