Jubilee Association?s mission is to help improve the lives of those Jubilee serves in a safe and caring environment. Jubilee is an essential human services nonprofit in the Hill District, one of the most disadvantaged areas in Pittsburgh, that addresses the needs of the homeless, disadvantaged, and marginalized in a welcoming atmosphere that extends dignity and respect to every guest. We work to help people move from dependence to independence, from struggling to self-sufficiency, from powerless to empowered.

We provide our guests hot meals, groceries, clothing (including coats, undergarments, socks, seasonal items, accessories, etc.), shoes, hygiene items, regular access to public showers/bathrooms, transportation assistance other essential social services, financial support prevent eviction or utility shutoff and our Path to Stability and Self-Sufficiency program that provides a bridge from relying on others to meet basic needs to achieving self-sufficiency, independence, and economic mobility.
