-Guardian ad Litem: Best interest representation in Juvenile Dependency, Permanency, Adoptions, Independent Living, Developmental Disabilities, Education and Mental Health
-Public Benefits: TANF, Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income, Medicaid Denials, VI
-Family Law: Dissolution of Marriage (Domestic Violence), Guardianships; Custody of children
-Immigration: Special Immigrant Juvenile, Citizenship, and representation of battered immigrant women.
-Housing: Foreclosures, Landlord/Tenant issues, Evictions
-Consumer: Bankruptcy, Debtor-Creditor issues, Garnishments, LGBTQ+: Name change/gender marker change, Wills, Healthcare Surrogate Designations, POAs, Living wills.

Mission Statement
The primary purpose of the Legal Aid Society is to provide quality legal services for the low-income residents, the working poor, children and disadvantaged groups with special legal needs in Orange County, Florida, and to assist in providing legal aid services to similarly situated residents of neighboring counties through an effective and fiscally sound program through the combined efforts of staff and pro bono attorneys.
