Living Sky Foundation is a diverse, educational, community organization in support of the living arts and committedto improving the quality of rural existence through social change, peaceful resolution, and public outreach and supports continuous learning and youth leadership.

Deeply rooted inits rural communityLSF primarily serves Rappahannock County, Virginia, and its surrounding townships.In efforts to unite with our global village, Living Sky Foundation has reached beyond its local constraints to offer educational material, limited programming, and membership to a worldwide arena.

The timeline of our success is emphasized through collaboration and partnerships with other unique community organizations and businesses. Our associations include Virginia Cooperative Extension, Scrabble Senior Center, Rappahannock Association for Arts and Community, Castleton Festival, Hearthstone School, Green Comfort School of Herbal Apothecary, Rappahannock County Public Schools, Child Care and Learning Center, Artisan Center of Virginia Rappahannock League forEnvironmentalProtection and Shenandoah National Park.

All programs are designed and created to serve the planet, and fuel communities with knowledge and simple tools that assist in efforts to awaken the spirit, restore balance in nature, preserve our natural landscape and promote responsibility for ideal citizenship. Featured programs include a focus on artist services, music and art enrichment, curriculum development, environmental stewardship, and health and wellness incentives. Through broad-based, guided activity our projects are readily accessible to engage the community,support local schools, youth groups, young professionals, families, and the elderly to enhance the quality of life.
