Raylynmor Opera

Raylynmor Opera was founded in 1995 and first performed on stage in the 1996-1997 season. Throughout our vibrant history, the company has presented over 40 productions of a wide variety of operas, ranging from the classics to cutting edge modern pieces. Raylynmor Opera, the areas only company dedicated to producing live opera year-round, performs at venues throughout the Monadnock Region, including the Colonial Theatre in Keene, Peterborough Players, and the Park Theatre in Jaffrey.

For nearly 30 years, Raylynmor Opera has proudly presented repertory opera standards in a contemporary context that makes opera more relevant and accessible to modern audiences. In May 2024, we staged our original production of W. S. Gilbert and Arthur Sullivans The Pirates of Penzance at MOCO Arts in Keene. In June 2025 we will premiere an original production of Derrick Wangs comic opera Scalia/Ginsburg.
