RSVP 55+ Volunteer Program- Boone, Greene, Guthrie

Mission: To engage Americans 55 years and older in volunteer service to meet critical community needs, and to provide a high-quality experience for the volunteers.

RSVP is one of the largest volunteer networks in the nation for people 55 and over. RSVP matches volunteers with local non-profits, education, health proprietor and other organizations where their time, interest, talents, knowledge, and experience are most effectively utilized to meet important needs in their community.

Services that RSVP of Boone, Greene, and Guthrie provide:

• Volunteer opportunities for individuals aged 55 and over in areas such as education, healthcare, and disaster preparedness
• Tutoring and mentoring programs for children and youth in local schools
• Meal delivery services to seniors and homebound individuals
• Support for local nonprofits and community agencies through volunteer efforts
