Sanctuary Exploration Center

Volunteers are needed at the Sanctuary Exploration Center to act as interpretive docents to inform the general public about the cultural and ecological resources found in the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. Docents activities can also included leading guided tour of the Center and leading field trips outside. Volunteers are also needed to work in the gift shop.

The mission of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary (MBNMS) is to understand and protect the coastal ecosystem and submerged cultural resources of central California.
