SCRAPS helps lost pets find their people families, has 24 hour emergency response, does pet licensing, and cruelty investigations.
The SCRAPS Hope Foundation:
- Animal Medical Program
- Transport Program
- Free Dog Training Classes
- Behavior classes and literature
- Humane Education classes
- Food bank and Dog houses for low income families
Mission Statement
SCRAPS is the Spokane Regional Animal Protection Service. Our mission is to build a more humane community, protect public safety and ensure animal welfare through compassionate responsive professional enforcement of laws and public policy.
The SCRAPS Hope Foundation is a non-profit created to support SCRAPS through private donations and grants by funding additional services and community support.
