Second Harvest Heartland

Second Harvest Heartland is aleading hunger-relief organization. In partnership with more than 1,000 foodshelves and hunger-relief programsin Minnesota and western Wisconsin, we provided over 167 million meals toneighbors last year. We also helpfamilies enroll in food assistance and provide prepared meals for people whoneed more than groceries.
