SOAR Management Consulting Group helps Greater Boston nonprofits improve their community impact through pro bono, collaborative, results-driven, evidence-based management consulting provided by teams of highly trained, experienced professionals with a wide variety of skills and backgrounds.

SOAR Management Consulting Group has provided consulting services to more than 60 nonprofits, working on more than 80 projects. Projects have included strategic plans, organizational assessments, board development, marketing plans, organizational plans, outcome management, policies and procedures, volunteer recruitment and management, responding to the critical needs identified by each organization.
