Table To Table

The Mission of Table to Table is to keep wholesome, edible food from going to waste, by collecting it from donors and distrbuting to those in need though agencies that serve the hungry, homeless, and at risk populations.

Volunteer Vision Statement: As Table to Table volunteers, we are the face of food rescue, the face of food security, and the hands and hearts that collect wholesome, edible food from donor organizations which would have gone to waste. We strive to get that saved food to our clients who help those in need throughout Johnson County and to be an example for food rescue growth.

Table to Table is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit status organization. We recover fresh, frozen and prepared food donated from local sources such as restaurants, grocery stores, farms, bakeries, schools and businesses. The donated food is delivered to community social service agencies. Last year Table to Table picked up, and delivered over2.3 millionpounds of food to those non profit agencies. We specialize in "rapid response" retrieval of fresh and perishable foods; we pick up and deliver the donated food items to recipient agencies in the same day.
