The Panama City Rescue Mission (PCRM) exists to provide the envisioning, education, training, resources, guidance, and representation for people striving to move from destitute conditions or desperate situations of human suffering to human flourishing through the process of gospel-powered life transformation.

The Primary Goal of PCRM is to affect social and behavioral change within the disadvantaged persons of the community through Christian principles by addressing social, emotional, and behavioral issues leading to acute and chronic homelessness.
