TotalLink prepares young adults with I/DD for customized employment and connects them with employers who benefit from their commitment, reliability, unique perspective, and passion for the job. TotalLink uses a proven and innovative approach called Customized Employment. This approach is an intensive multi-step process that takes six to nine months to complete. Employee and employer satisfaction and retention rates are very high as a result of this process, which matches the job seeker's interests and skills with the employers needs.
