Through strong collaborative relationships with 65+ Agency Partners, 40 area schools, and local businesses, we help connect people to purposeful volunteer opportunities. We also offer leadership development programs that empower people to develop the skills, resources, and motivation needed to strengthen our community.

Our purpose is to inspire a more Engaged Community by helping people find their Purpose and Act On It. Our mission is to connect, empower, and transform the community through purposeful volunteerism and leadership development. Our vision is to transform the world by cultivating volunteers and enabling leaders in the South Plains.
