Mobilize and efficiently manage resources through partnerships and collaborations that will assist the low-income and at-risk populations in Peekskill, Cortlandt Manor, Mohegan Lake, Yorktown Heights, Croton-on-Hudson and surrounding areas to achieve greater self-sufficiency.
