About this Opportunity

Saturday, July 26 @ 8:30pm-10:30pm, located at Grant Park

Cleaning up the launch location is a point of pride for PDXWNBR. It is also vital in keeping our community relationships healthy! We need up to 25 volunteers for this post-ride clean-up; after the riders leave, you will gather signage, litter, and lost items.

  • Please bring your own headlamps and/or flashlights.
  • Clean-up volunteers are required to attend one live virtual meeting ahead of the ride: choose either Saturday, 7/19, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. or Tuesday, 7/22, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
  • Volunteering for this role will NOT allow you to go on the ride.
PDXWNBR is one of many joyful, community-driven events during Bike Summer. It’s part protest, part celebration – calling attention to oil dependency, cyclist vulnerability, and the beauty of body freedom. Expect a vibrant, welcoming environment filled with all kinds of people moving together under human power.
