Brief Organizational Description: 

Girls For A Change focuses on the development of self-identifying Black girls as leaders and change-makers across the Greater Richmond Metro Area. Our programs teach participants to understand the world they live in, advocate for their rights, and exercise agency over their lives through a continuum approach and creative platforms. 

Volunteer Position Description and Purpose:
9:30am-1:00pm Morning Setup 

12:30pm-4:00pm Continued Evet Suupport 

4:00pm-8:00pm Floating event support 

8:00pm-11:00pm-Break down
