1st Saturday Serve Days

Brief Organizational Description: 

Welcome to the Unique Resource Center and Sarah's Den!
We are a 501c3 non-profit organization that offers services to the community that enhance employability, preserve and enhance family life, and build community involvement through innovative programming.  
Our center offers a variety of services to support and empower individuals in need.

Volunteer Position Description and Purpose:
1st Saturday Serve Day is all about giving back to the community.  We serve a hot meal to approximately 150 to 200 people as well as give away clothing snd shoes.  

Volunteer Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve food, organize and sort donations, light cleaning and dusting in the store, smiling and greeting. 

Qualifications, Skills, & Requirements:
none! A smile goes a long way!

Time Commitment:
Set up Is at 9:45 a.m. til the food is gone! (usually done by 2:00 pm)

• Street parking is available but limited; you may have to walk a few blocks to find parking.
