Mental Health Association Oklahoma is seeking volunteers to help assemble “bell cards” that will be distributed throughout the community during Mental Health Month in May. These cards feature the powerful story of the Mental Health Bell and will include a ribbon and a small bell as a symbolic reminder that recovery is possible and mental health matters.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Assembling bell cards by making a hole punch in cardstock and attaching a small bell and ribbon to each printed card

Organizing completed cards into bundles for delivery to staff, community partners, and community outreach teams
Location:
Legacy Plaza or another designated MHAOK office (details provided upon sign-up)
Group volunteering opportunities available!
Date(s) Needed:
Mid to Late April (specific dates/times will be scheduled based on volunteer availability)
Estimated Time Commitment:
1–3 hours, depending on availability
