Sidewalkers and Horse Leaders

Do you enjoy helping people, making new friends and learning about and working with horses? Giant Steps has an opportunity for you! Located near Hwy 37 south of Petaluma, Giant Steps needs volunteers to assist with therapeutic  riding lessons for people with disabilities. Volunteers assist in grooming and tacking the horses and in lessons leading horses and sidewalking with participants.Get started by completing a volunteer application on our website www.giantstepsriding.org/volunteer-application, or call us at (707) 781-9455 with any questions. Prior horse experience is not required. We have very gentle horses and will teach you how to work with them.
