Summer Junior Volunteer Program

If you are looking for volunteering opportunities over the summer, look no further than the Pheobe Nursing Home in Allentown.  We have a summer junior volunteer program for those students who are either 13 years old or have completed 7th grade up to and including rising seniors in high school.  You will spend as much or as little time here on the Allentown campus helping in a variety of ways with the seniors here. 

There are opportunities to work in the gift shop, to help coordinators with activities and programs, to help push folks in their wheelchairs outside in the great weather, and, of course, have the occasional ice cream with us!!  The program starts with an orientation on Tuesday, June 17th, and runs through to August 22nd.  We accommodate all vacations and practices, you create your schedule.  If interested, you will need to fill out paperwork and get your parents/guardians' signatures.  We look forward to seeing this summer!
