A Day to Serve. A Day to Connect. A Day to Unite.

Unite With Us Day is a special opportunity to bring the United Way of Greater St. Louis mission to life by volunteering side by side at United Way-supported agencies across Missouri and Illinois.

One of our volunteer locations and supported agencies is DOORWAYS an interfaith nonprofit organization that provides housing and related supportive services to improve the quality of life and health outcomes of people living with HIV/AIDS.

Volunteer Opportunity - Social Engagement and Activities
Volunteers will play various games and interact with DOORWAYS residents, fostering community engagement and quality social time. Activities may include:

• Playing games

• Craft workshops

• Going on outings

• Outdoor activities

This time of social engagement and empowerment is incredibly important for the well-being of the residents, offering them a sense of connection and support within the community.

Volunteer Information

• Volunteers must be 18 years older to participate 

• ​Water and snacks will be provided

This project is proudly championed by Whitney Luerding, Clayco, LJC – Interior Designer | UWGSL United Young Leaders, who will be volunteering alongside participants and sharing why they support the United Way of Greater St. Louis.
