Akron-Canton Regional Food Bank - Sorting & Boxing

The Akron-Canton Regional Foodbank was formed in 1982 by a group of community leaders who made a commitment to provide emergency food to neighbors in need.Today, the Foodbank provides food and other essential items to hunger-relief partners within its network, serving eight Northeast Ohio counties: Carroll, Holmes, Medina, Portage, Stark, Summit, Tuscarawas and Wayne.

Your Aron-Canton Regional Foodbank works diligently every day to serve the thousands of children, individuals and older adults who experience hunger in our community. With your support, the Foodbank can provide the equivalent of millions of meals to thousands of neighbors each year.

Please join us on 4/16/2026 from 9:00 am -11:30 am volunteers will be sorting and boxing food for distribution.
