Down Syndrome Family Retreat 2025

Family Retreat volunteers assist in creating a safe and carefree environment for retreat families. Volunteers stay on site for the entire three-day, two-night retreat weekend with food and lodging provided. 

Volunteer responsibilities will include:

- Greeting families upon arrival.
- Engaging with families during therapeutic activities.
- Assisting facilitators with program activities.
- Setting up and breaking down rooms and activities.
- Helping families have the absolute best experience possible!

This is an overnight volunteer opportunity for responsible adults who will help provide a safe and fun environment for participant families. To be considered for a Family Retreat volunteer, you must:

- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Fill out volunteer application on our website.

- Participate in a 30-minute virtual Zoom orientation.
- Commit to the entire retreat schedule (Friday, 9:00 AM to Sunday, 1:00 PM)
