Come and join a favorite 51 year tradition!  From marching bands to dance troups, fancy cars and monster trucks, the Neptune Festival Parade is a free, fun community event beloved by all. Whether you have tetris-like organiztion skills, superb traffic directing moves, or love to get your steps in a fun way, then we have a place for you! 

Neptune Festival volunteers are the best in Hampton Roads! They are respectful of all people, kind in every situation, and help create a safe and welcoming experience for event attendees and fellow volunteers.
