Where: Fairfield PAL Center (2250 North Texas Street, Fairfield CA)

The Fairfield PAL Center is looking for energetic and positive adults to volunteer as Indoor Soccer Coaches. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just someone who loves the game, this is your chance to share your passion, have fun, and create a lasting impact in the lives of local youth.

What You’ll Do

As a volunteer, you can help with things like:

Running fun recreational games and small-group scrimmages.
Teaching soccer fundamentals — dribbling, passing, teamwork, and good sportsmanship.
Hosting skills clinics or workshops to help players boost their confidence and improve their game.

No professional coaching experience? No problem! If you can bring energy, patience, and a positive attitude, we’ll help you with everything else.

What’s Required

Fairfield PAL is a youth-serving organization and must follow California Assembly Bill 506. All volunteers are required to:

Complete state-mandated reporter training (provided at no cost).
Pass a DOJ background check and local records screening.
Commit to at least one shift per week (flexible scheduling).
