About this Opportunity

Doria in Irvine, CA, is an affordable housing complex for special needs families and seniors.. Every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month, Second Harvest brings their Park-It-Market vehicle to the property so families can pick out food for the week.Β Jamboree is looking for enthusiastic and caring volunteers to support our Resident Services Coordinator with our upcoming Food Distribution Event! πŸ₯¦πŸ§‘Β 

Volunteer Responsibilities

πŸšͺ Deliver food to residents’ front doors
🍱 Assist with food distribution
πŸ‘€ Help monitor the flow of the event
🧹 Set up & clean up — prepare before and tidy up after the event

 

Volunteer Shift Available

πŸ“… Every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month
πŸ•“ Volunteer Time: 01:15 PM to 04:30 PM (Maybe end ealier)
πŸŽ‰ Event Time: 01:30PM to 04:30PM

Jamboree’s top priority is keeping residents, volunteers, employees, and their families safe and healthy. Please follow the guidelines below:

😷 Bring and wear a face mask during your entire shift (supplies are limited)
🌑️ Take your temperature before arriving — a fever is 100.4°F / 38°C or higher
🏠 Stay home if you have a fever, feel sick, or show any signs of COVID-19
⚠️ Volunteers who are well but have been in close contact with someone who has COVID-19 or is awaiting diagnosis may not volunteer
😷 Masks must be worn throughout the entire shift
