Hygiene and Welcome Home Kit Creation (Inactive)

YOUR ACTIVITY: Provide people experiencing homelessness with the basics like hygiene necessities (soap, underwear, etc) or the nuts and bolts for their first studio apartment (toilet paper, towels, etc.)

YOUR IMPACT: LA Family Housing connects with thousands of individuals every year through street outreach, getting them into safe temporary housing, or helping them sign their first leases. Your donations might be used by our outreach teams to start conversations, to help a new resident immediately feel more at home in their new apartment than in their previous habitation, or offset some of the start-up expenses of a new home.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18+
• Must be able to stand for an extended period of timw
• Volunteers are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing they don't mind getting dirty and close toed shoes
