About this Opportunity
The Arbor is a housing complex for low income families in Irvine. Every Thursday, Second Harvest brings their Park-It-Market vehicle to the property so families can pick out food for the week. Volunteers are needed to help sign in residents, and direct the line of residents.
Volunteers will be assisting with set up, food distribution, and clean up from 10:00AM to 11:30AM. This food distribution is a walk-up distribution, or residents will need the food to be delivered to their doorstep if they are homebound. This position may require heavy lifting. Volunteers must be 16 years of age or older. Below is all the information you need to volunteer. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email me.
Please fill out the waiver in the link below:

COVID-19 Guidelines: Jamboree’s top priority is to keep residents, volunteers, employees, and their families safe and healthy. Please be sure to bring and wear a face mask to your shift since supplies are limited. Make sure to take your temperature prior to coming to your shift. A fever is considered 100.4°F/38°C or higher. If you have a fever, are sick, or show signs of COVID-19, stay home and do not volunteer. Volunteers who are well but have been in the proximity of someone with COVID-19, or who is awaiting diagnosis may not volunteer. Volunteers must wear their masks for their entire shift.
