We are seeking volunteers to help prepare the space for the Evening of Promise Gala supporting the American Lung Association. This is a hands-on setup day where we transform the venue and bring the event vision to life.

Volunteer Responsibilities Include:

• Setting up tables, chairs, and event layout

• Decorating the Redbird Club space

• Hanging signage and event materials

• Assisting with moving and arranging furniture

• Placing centerpieces and décor elements

• Supporting general setup needs as assigned

Volunteers are essential in helping create a polished and welcoming environment for our guests. Expect a physical, fast-paced, and collaborative setup day with a great team.
