Office Volunteer

The FiftyForward Knowles center needs weekly volunteers to assist in the front office. The center is open Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and is willing to work with the volunteers' schedule. 

Duties may include:

• Answering phones and directing callers to appropriate staff 
• Greeting all customers with friendliness
• Assisting members in registering for classes and trips through our payment system, GiveHub
• Selling snacks, collecting cash, and providing the correct change to customers
• Giving facility tours to prospective members and providing membership information
• Performing other office duties as assigned

Volunteers will need to pass a background check for this opportunity.
