About this Opportunity

Description: LOVE 21 is a charity dedicated to bettering the lives of those living with Down syndrome and autism in Hong Kong through physical activity and nutrition. They run a variety of sport and exercise classes, a health and nutrition programme, and guardian counselling and workshops. Volunteer roles:

- To take attendance at the event

  • To take photos of the event
  • To encourage the members for hands-on food processing work
  • To keep safety issues for our members
  • To assist in doing survey at the end of the event
Remarks: - Arrive at the venue 5 minutes before the workshop for the briefing - Volunteers can try the dish together - Volunteers need to be comfortable in basic food preparation - cutting ingredients Content for the June Class: Chicken Asparagus Roll Cooking Class 雞肉露筍卷烹飪工作坊 Content for the July Class: Garlic Spinach Salmon with Homemade Fresh Pasta 蒜香菠菜三文魚自製新鮮意粉烹飪工作坊 All volunteers who attend this activity must be registered with HandsOn Hong Kong. If you wish to have a friend or family member join you on this activity, they must first register with HandsOn and sign up for the activity.
