🎗️ Volunteer with Us: Help Fight Blood Cancer at the University of Minnesota Duluth! 🎗️

Location: Kirby and Roman Gym, 1120 Kirby Drive, Duluth​​​​​​​, MN 55812
Time: 9:00am-3:00pm 

🩸 Our Mission: Add 200 new potential donors to the NMDP registry to give patients battling blood cancer and other blood disorders a second chance at life.

💪 We need YOU!
Volunteers will help educate peers, guide potential donors through the registration process, and bring energy and heart to this life-saving campaign.

Volunteer Roles

1. Registration Team
Engage students in meaningful conversations, invite them to join the registry, and guide them through the simple cheek-swab registration process.

2. Educational Team
Answer questions, address concerns, and help students understand what joining the registry means and what the donation process could look like if they are ever matched.

3. Hype Team
Bring the energy! Help approach students, start conversations, share quick and impactful messages, and encourage them to stop by the NMDP table.

NMDP helps patients with blood cancers and other blood disorders search for a potentially life-saving blood stem cell donor.

Volunteer Expectations

• Commit to at least 1 hour

• Attend the event during your selected volunteer time

• Engage with students and help educate them about NMDP

• Encourage friends, classmates, and peers 

No prior experience is required! NMDP will provide the training and resources you need.
