Monday Evening - Care Package Distribution

Care Packages are our flagship Outreach Program that takes place in Downtown Portsmouth every Monday evening at 4:30 PM. This outreach consists of 2 teams that hand out care packages to both those experiencing homelessness in downtown Portsmouth and seniors in the Foster Care system. These packages are tailored to their specific needs: hygiene items, a snack, bottled water & a brand-new pair of socks.
